Schools FAQ

How do I send you my artwork?

You can post or fax a copy of your artwork to us. Alternatively, if you have electronically stored your artwork you can e-mail it to us. Contact us for further information.

What happens next?

From your artwork we will produce an embroidery disk. This is a Free service.

Can I see a proof of the design before it is placed on my garment?

Yes - we will send you a proof out in the post. It will take approximately 7 working days from receipt of the order.

Is it possible to change the design after I have received the proof?

Yes - we can change colours and make minor alterations to your design at no extra cost.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time is normally around 7-10 working days. Please allow a little longer during our peak times - May through August. If you need the garments for a particular date, please let us know and we will always try to meet your deadline.

How much is delivery within the UK?

Delivery is free to schools.

Do you keep designs on file for repeat orders?

Yes - all designs are stored for future orders.

Is there a minimum order?

No - not for embroidered garments delivered directly to Schools. Large orders also attract a discount, contact us for details.

Can I request a sample?

Yes - please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to send you out a free sample.
