How much is delivery?

There is a standard charge of £2.00 per order for orders less than £30.00 if you are having it delivered direct to you. Orders of £30.00 or more have FREE DELIVERY. Some schools offer a service where the items are delivered to them for your collection - this service is FREE.

What if it does not fit?

Please return the unworn garment to us as soon as possible and we will replace it free of charge with the correct size. The exception is where the cost of the replacement size is greater (most adult sizes are more expensive) in which case we will require the difference.

My school is not listed. Can I still buy garments with a logo?

Yes - please contact us and we will liase with your school.

How long will my order take?

Your order will take 7-10 working days if delivered direct to you. School collection orders may take longer depending on the next due delivery date.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes - payment can be made by cheque. Please choose Cheque as your payment method at the checkout. However your order will not be processed until your cheque has cleared.

I'm not sure what size I want.

What happens if I'm not entirely satisfied with my garment?

Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.
